What types of events do you provide rentals for?

We provide rentals for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, parties, trade shows, and other special occasions. Our inventory includes items such as tents, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, audiovisual equipment, and more to help make your event a success.

How far in advance do I need to book the rentals?

We recommend booking your rentals as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. Depending on inventory, we can generally accommodate last-minute requests.

Are there delivery, set up, and breakdown fees for the rental items?

Yes. We issue a setup/take down fee for select items such as: tents, tables, chairs, dance floor, and stages.

Do I need to make a Deposit?

Yes. We require a deposit of 25% that is non-refundable at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy for rental reservations?
Event cancellation or postponement requires a- 7-day notice. The customer will lose the 25% deposit if canceled within 30 days of the event. However, if the event is canceled within 7 days before the event there will be no refund. If the event is rescheduled we will credit the account.
